A high quality noise cancelling headset. Designed as active ear defenders for protection against hazardous noises with the ability to set essential listening levels in each ear to hear normally. Suitable for use in a wide range of high noise pollution environments including industrial, commercial and construction sites, transport terminal and sports and leisure locations The micro dynamic encapsulation and active defender system circuitry will instantly attenuate loud reports (75dB) with a fast recovery. Noise pickup for cancellation is via a back electret condenser microphone. Ear cup attenuation 29dB.Left / right earpieces contain separate adjustable volume controls to ensure even balance of sound. The defender system is powered by rechargeable batteries giving up to 50 hours service life on a full charge. A constant preset audio level is maintained by the defender system. Adjustable padded headband to ensure greater comfort. Frequency response 20Hz - 18KHz. Sensitivity 104dB +/- 3dB @ 1KHz, earcup noise attenuation 29dB. Finish: Cobalt Blue Nextel®/Black trim.
